When a shingle blows off in a storm or a slow leak finally shows up on your ceiling, you need a crew that answers the phone and shows up — not a call center that puts you on hold. Big Toms Roofing sends licensed, local Cofield roofers to your door, usually the same day you call.
Big Toms Roofing has spent years building a reputation in Cofield for doing Flat Roof Repair the right way — proper permits, manufacturer-approved materials, and a crew lead on-site for every job, not just a subcontractor nobody vetted.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Cofield crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Cofield as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Cofield to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Cofield crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Flat Roof Repair system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Cofield homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof — no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Because our trucks stay staged around Cofield, we're rarely more than an hour from your address for emergency calls.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
Our team has sat through enough adjuster meetings in Cofield, NC to know what documentation actually moves a claim forward.
We treat your yard and driveway like we'd want ours treated — swept, protected, and cleared before we leave each day.
